New Girl pilot

I watched the pilot of this new show New Girl during lunch. I was grateful that it was less than 30 minutes long because I don't think I would have been able to watch anymore of it. It seemed rushed, and Zooey's character, I get what they were trying to do with her, but FOX you missed it. She came off as annoying, instead of cute and dorky. The only good thing about this show, the only good character they managed to create, was Nick (Jake M Johnson). I just don't know if he's enough to keep me watching though. If the rest of the show is like the pilot, I hope it gets cancelled, because I won't be tuning in.
